VMS team, especially Sri T, was very helpful in facilitating this memorable trip. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the Mayan Riviera beach due to seaweed, despite paying a premium at the RIU Palace. I wish we had known about the beach conditions beforehand, as we would have changed our travel dates.
