Mr. VanMeter and associates were amazing. They always went above and beyond to help, we did have some problems with the home, but He always tried to come out as soon as possible to fix said problems. As past renters I do recommend these properties and Landlord. We had some issues with paying our rent due to work being slow (husband is self employed) and he always tried to make it work for our family. I am truly grateful and blessed to have met some amazing people.
These are a great couple to work with and rent from. We over into the area for work Todd and his wife were very helpful. If we move back into the area we will definitely call VanMeter Properties first.
Have been renting from VM Properties for a few years now and they are wonderful. If we have an issue in the house, it's taken care of as soon as possible. Wonderful Landlord.
My family has rented from VM Properties for going on 3 years. We love the house. If there is an issue within the house Todd is very quick to respond. Such a wonderful team to rent from!
Do not rent from VM Properties. He is a slumlord . He never fixes anything in the house that needs fixing. He's a crook! I'm so glad that me and my family moved out of his house!
