Left my tenant with non functioning window for a year. Took all the parts off, kept the new ones I paid for AND didn’t fix the issue. Non-responsive to both tenant and Owner.
Double dipping fraudulent business! Do not rent from these inconsiderate people!! Don’t trust them with your property and from personal experience don’t rent from them!
