The wait time is out of control… every time I book an appointment I am seen an hour or more later. And my appointments feel rush. I see the doctor for less than 2 mins. In addition since we are responding to the reviews false I can add more clarification to this clinics experience so far so office management can further improve the experience. My benign tumor was detected earlier and removed before it can cause any problem, because of Dr. Francis's close observation of my health condition. I will be forever grateful. He is very observant and listens carefully to the patients. Pharmacy at this site is also very good, they usually have every prescribed medicine. They are also knowledgeable and advise on expected side effects of the medicines while purchasing them.
We’re very happy with Dr. Francis. He is a skilled and competent practitioner who has taken great care in helping both my wife and me. While appointments are sometimes slightly delayed as some reviews have noted, this is an unfortunate reality of family medicine in Ontario, where physicians are often responsible for a disproportionate number of patients. Dr.Francis is an excellent physician who genuinely cares about his patients’ wellbeing. He is professional, attentive, and thorough. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great family physician.
