Changing my review after many years of working with this business. Been coming here for 6 years. Sadly, I can no longer recommend. Appointments are a mere suggestion. They do not honor scheduled appointment times. It seems walk-ins or late appointments are given priority over scheduled appointments who arrive on time. This happened to me 4 times before I left this review. I hoped it would change, especially after I left feedback with them over the phone about how their lateness affects customers. I saw Chris, and he is very professional. My neck and shoulders have been giving me fits for weeks and it’s like he knew exactly where to massage. Left with no pain. Highly recommend.
