This hotel is so lovely! It’s super close to the beach, offers lots of amenities such as free beach equipment (chairs, towels, etc.), an (ok) breakfast and all-day coffee or infused water. Things here are very convenient! Also, our room was all the way at the top (21st floor) and the beach view was so nice.

Some of the best customer service I have ever had. Everyone was so helpful and cheerful. We were greated with a glass of pineapple juice upon check-in, they always said "aloha" when we came in and wished us a great day when we left. They held our luggage the day of checkout so we didn't have to haul it around all day until it was time to go to the airport. Took pictures of us in the hotel, without even being asked. The rooms are average, cleaned daily. AC works great, bed is very very firm. Location is amazing very close to the beach and a lot of local shops and restaurants. They provide all of the beach gear like chairs and umbrellas to take with you and return when you're back to the hotel. Daily Continental style breakfast with alright choice of food and terrible sitting arrangement.
