I visited VLUX for the first time and I have an amazing experience.Ismael do an excellent job cutting my hair.In general I recommend this salon as the best in Bergenfield.

I made an appointment over the phone for a pedicure but when I arrived, I was told the technician was already booked with two other clients and couldn’t take me and no other staff were available. No one called to let me know before I showed up. I was offered to come back an hour later, which didn’t work for my schedule. It was frustrating to have my time wasted. I hope they improve their scheduling and communication going forward.

I booked an appointment at this salon after seeing them on TikTok, hoping for a quick and simple wash, roller set, and blowout. The front desk greeter was very professional and kind, and I understood when the stylist I originally booked with was unavailable. However, during the washing process, even though I explained that I had just taken out my braids and my hair needed extra attention, it still felt rushed.
