The apartment is great! It meets my requirements. Some of the issues I have had were delt with and resolved in a timely manner. Others- not so much. Communication from apartment manager is sporadic, at best. I had an ant problem- in the winter. It took months to be taken care of. Recently my freezer stopped working. Everything was spoiled; it was reported via a work order. No communication for four days.
