This Dr. Vlastiml Smetka never contacts the family before treating the patient. Or after treating the patient to let you know what is going on. This is very unprofessional. Lucky for me I have McChart and get everything. Because they will lie and the facility and claim they were about to call when I gave them 24 hrs or more and heard nothing and had to call.then they have the never (facility) to get an attitude ask the Dr to call and still yet to get and introduction to meet this person. It’s been over a yr.
