No matter how great a doctor is (Gorbatiy is excellent), it doesn't do a patient any good if the support staff stinks. In this case, scheduling is a mess, back office is a mess and the front office is rude and indifferent. Its easier to go to a different practice than to cope with the office. At least you'll see a doctor.
I have seen Dr. Gorbatiy for 1.5 years. On week ago I tried called the office's medical line to request a refill. I left a message and no call back. The same the next day and the day after that. On day 4, I called the office and was told that staff were out sick and 2 nurses prioritized seeing patients. Today when I called the mail box was full. He is extremely attentive in is the most educated Doctor I know for any urological condition. The best!!!
I felt disrespected In his office, I arrived few minutes early and the blonde lady at the reception only asked me sign a list and waiting to be called. So after more than one hour waiting,I figured out that many people that arrived later has already been called, at the end I lost many hours in a bad traffic and all the day in a poor weather and she said the doctor don’t call me because he has a procedure. There are so many people working there and it just does not work. They are clearly too busy or too lazy, I JUST SPENT 3 DAYS trying to re schedule a biopsy and called about 10 times. Incredibly frustrating. The doctor is good yet he seems too aloof to care. Fire everyone and have it all automated doctor! I will regrettably have to change doctors. Don.t go there.
Dr. Gorbatiy surgically, with laser, removed a kidney stone. Was still bleeding the day the stent was removed. Informed the practice partner who blew me off and did not assess further. That evening I went to the ED due to an inability to void. My bladder was full of blood clots. No one from the practice was on and the covering MD allowed me to bleed the entire weekend until Dr. Gorgatiy finally took me back to the OR. After suffering for years with the effects of an enlarged prostate, and being treated by another Urologist, who only gave me pills and catheters, I was lucky enough to find Dr. Gorbatiy. Dr Gorbatiy is very caring and is a very empathetic physician . He is really the best . Everything about this dr is excellent . The best dr !??????????????
The most positive impressions from talking with this doctor. He took a stone from my bladder with an endoscope. He always explains everything. The only thing that always has to wait for his arrival is at least 20 - 30 minutes. I recommend Vladislav as a specialist.
