SO BLESSED GRATEFUL AND THANKFUL TO HAVE HAD DR SHUR AS MY SURGEON!!! I ruptured my Achilles Tendon Sunday May 07, 2023 while playing softball. After the emergency room visit I was told I would need to consult a surgeon. I was fortunate enough to come across Dr. Shur. He has great energy and a positive attitude. I dislocated my ankle. Was taken to Beth Israel where, after the ankle was set by the ER, Dr. Shur installed a brace, which I wore for a few weeks. It was then replaced by a cast. Not only did I feel zero pain, due to Dr. Shur's expertise, his staff was informative and wonderful, even visiting me in hospital after the first surgery. I felt warmth and concern from Dr. Shur, he really cares about his patients, from start to finish.
