Finally a doctor who cares.He appreciates intellegent questions, and doesn't act threatened by them..caring, kind, respectful. Not a fan of Kaiser, but, he has given us some hope...!
Dr. Prem has failed my sister for all the years she has been his patient. I don't believe he is competent enough to treat her severe bi-polar disorder. He does not consider her input and does not let anyone advocate for her. The failure of her treatment may lead to her suicide, for which I will blame him for. I am trying to find a more competent doctor, however, Kaiser Perm is very limited in their offerings. Shameful and sad. I worry all the time about my sister.
