Dr. Kramskiy is a brilliant clinician who consistently demonstrates exceptional empathy with his patients. He has kept me (and my family) ‘in the game’ for years. I cannot recommend him enough.
One would think after a failed surgery at your institution, and the recommendation of a respected Dr, that pain medicine would not turn you away. However, this Doc wanted nothing to do with me. The office jerked me around for days claiming to "verify my insurance" only to tell me he can't do anything for me. Thankfully, one of his colleagues was more open minded.
I am grateful. He confirmed what I had been saying for years. I said nothing. He saw what I had seen.
Very positive experience with the HSS staff and Dr. Kramskiy. Facilities are clean and efficiently run. I've had several procedures done and their care team is top notch.
He cost me months because he did not give me a diagnosis. I got a diagnosis elsewhere. If I at least got a diagnosis from Dr. Kramsky, I could have been treated last year. He is a spine doctor and I got no answers. He was negligent and cost me valuable time. It takes months to get an appointment with a good doctor.
