Appt times honored. Staff friendly & efficient. Dr Hugec professional, thorough, closely monitors treatment, making adjustments as necessary for success of treatment while providing medication prescriptions which mitigate side effects of treatments. I am very pleased.
My first meeting with Dr. Hugec set my fears to rest. I was led to believe, from another doctor, that I only had a short time to live. Dr. Hugec gave me hope. He explained the chemo, what to expect and how best to help myself through this battle. Having an oncologist with experience can be a matter of life and death. Dr. Hugec had that experience. I was blessed to have him on my medical team and I would strongly recommend him.

This was an annual follow up visit for my CLL
Dr Hugec is very positive, competent approach to our treatment plan. He reviewed the tests and indicated the fact that treatment is moving in the right direction. I will see him again in 3 months. He is concerned about the issue of UTIs and encouraged contact with Dr Polcari re: Foley. I am changing it every month. Dr Hugec seemed to approve that. This was a semi-annual appointment to review blood tests and results of a CT scan, both of which I was able to do at the Minnesota Oncology location on Beam Avenue in St. Paul. In the two years' that I've been seeing Dr. Hugec, both my wife and I have been by his professionalism and directness. Definitely the right choice for me.

I had my 6 month breast cancer check up. I had my blood work done before the appointment so I got all the information I needed. He answered my questions. I was happy with this appointment.
