The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. He’s crude & rude & totally unprofessional. I would never return to that office, except to see Dr. Kenneth Schwartz, who is wonderful. Beware of Vlad Novak.
He was so understanding and caring. I genuinely felt heard as I told him what was bothering me about my eyes.
