Let me say! William went above and beyond. He showed on time!! Which is a big deal! He answered all my question. I would definitely recommend VL Jenkins again! He found a part that may work for another year or may not, we went ahead and replaced it, fair pricing! Just overall very satisfied!

On a rainy yucky day, Justin from VL Jenkins showed up, on time and smiling to install our new heat pump. What a great experience. He was careful of our property and installed a new Trane heatpump and thermostat. We were very please and will recommend them to to our neighbors as well.
