We want to share our recent experience with VK Furnace. Initially, the service was great. They replaced our condensing unit, and we paid within 30 days as promised. However, a year later, the unit failed. Unfortunately, VK Furnace refuses to honor the warranty, falsely claiming late payment. It's disappointing and leaves us in a bind.
Prompt, quick, and efficient. Listened to what I needed and made sure to check everything before leaving 10/10.

Great experience, these guys are the BEST in Northeast Ohio. Why bother calling a big name company? They will charge you four to five times what VK furnace charges... and VK furnace quality is above all the best!
