This was the worst experience I’ve had with a contractor. This job should’ve taken 2 months tops and after 2 years I finally had to ask VizX not to come back. He wasn’t paying his subs, and couldn’t get them to finish our project. Duane told me he’d refund what they didn’t finish, but I never saw that money. All along Duane had been less than truthful with me about what was going on. He got defensive when I got curious and became verbally abusive. What they did finish was shotty work.
