What a miserable company. You never know how good a company is until you have a problem. The employees are useless, I purchased a 28 inch TV that offered a 5% discount. I filled in all the required information including the coupon code for the 5% discount. They claimed I had not entered the code when I had. The discount amounted to about $7 They would not budge and wanted me to return the TV and repurchase it. Do you really think I would have repurchased another product from this lousy company.
