I do not live here, however I have stayed with friends overnight multiple times, and have seen this first hand. Nobody lives here for more than a year unless absolutely necessary. Terrible management OVERALL.. If this place needs anything, it needs a gutting of the entire administration and all of the mold throughout the ENTIRE complex. It got so bad that my friends had NO AC IN THE FLORIDA HEAT for two months while they dealt with other units experiencing the same issues. No one lives here for more than a year unless absolutely necessary. Terrible management experience. I had no ac for 2 months because there was a waitlist of apartments with no ac. Once the new, undersized ac was installed the ac ducts full of black mold were totally ignored. The floors are unstable and have rusty nails sticking out the carpet (pictures below). Es el peor lugar en el que he vivido en toda mi vida, caro y con plagas de cucarachas chicas y grandes, al por mayor, moho por todas partes, en verano esos departamentos son un horno, las personas de mantenimiento son buenas personas sobre todo Miguel, aunque lo único que pueden hacer es poner parches en el suelo, por cierto este se hunde y se abre. if I could give ZERO stars I would. My daughter moved in here as it was her first apartment, and she wasn't sure what she could afford. let me tell you something, they could be GIVING THESE AWAY FOR FREE and I would steer clear. there is BLACK MOLD, the floors are caving in, there are roaches and termites, her a/c was broken for over a month and no one did a damn thing, but jerk her around, (it is finally fixed) then someone LOST the key to her apartment.
