How can I do to demand this company ? My uncle lives there and he has been presenting AC problems for 6 month and now the AC is completely broken , it doesn't start and he called today and they didn't fix it , they didn't even went to his home to see the AC .
One star is very too much for that complex.I can’t even say poor customer service because there’s no customer service at all.The lady in charge in the office is only here for money but not the help tenants.If only you are waiting for your deposit ,they will send a check with very light ink my bank can’t even read the check ,they literally said they can’t do nothing. If you’re looking for a great place find somewhere else.
I do not live here, however I have stayed with friends overnight multiple times, and have seen this first hand. Nobody lives here for more than a year unless absolutely necessary. Terrible management OVERALL.. If this place needs anything, it needs a gutting of the entire administration and all of the mold throughout the ENTIRE complex. It got so bad that my friends had NO AC IN THE FLORIDA HEAT for two months while they dealt with other units experiencing the same issues. No one lives here for more than a year unless absolutely necessary. Terrible management experience. I had no ac for 2 months because there was a waitlist of apartments with no ac. Once the new, undersized ac was installed the ac ducts full of black mold were totally ignored. The floors are unstable and have rusty nails sticking out the carpet (pictures below).
