if I could give ZERO stars I would. My daughter moved in here as it was her first apartment, and she wasn't sure what she could afford. let me tell you something, they could be GIVING THESE AWAY FOR FREE and I would steer clear. there is BLACK MOLD, the floors are caving in, there are roaches and termites, her a/c was broken for over a month and no one did a damn thing, but jerk her around, (it is finally fixed) then someone LOST the key to her apartment. This review is for great customer service I am from out of state and moving to Florida. I was in a hurry to move due to starting a job. I couldn’t find a suitable place within my budget. I stumble upon this property and had the fortune to be service by Michelle WEBBER Who helped me get a place at the price and budget I had she was very helpful and gave me a few tips of the location so that I can better settle in my new city. The property itself needs a little bit of maintenance so this review is for great customer service.
The apartments are REALLY BAD, they’re full of MOLD and the floor is falling down, they don’t have maintenance and people stole your things if you leave them outside. IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR LIFE MOVE THERE! I moved out TWO MONTHS AGO, and they haven’t give us the deposit yet, the checks don’t have ANY FUNDS, these people don’t care about having problem with the authorities, they think they’re over the LAW.
