This review is for great customer service I am from out of state and moving to Florida. I was in a hurry to move due to starting a job. I couldn’t find a suitable place within my budget. I stumble upon this property and had the fortune to be service by Michelle WEBBER Who helped me get a place at the price and budget I had she was very helpful and gave me a few tips of the location so that I can better settle in my new city. The property itself needs a little bit of maintenance so this review is for great customer service.
The apartments are REALLY BAD, they’re full of MOLD and the floor is falling down, they don’t have maintenance and people stole your things if you leave them outside. IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR LIFE MOVE THERE! I moved out TWO MONTHS AGO, and they haven’t give us the deposit yet, the checks don’t have ANY FUNDS, these people don’t care about having problem with the authorities, they think they’re over the LAW. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME MOVING TO THAT PLACE!!!! THE WORSE PLACE TO LIVE!!! BELIVE IN THE REVIEWS BECAUSE NO ONE CARE ABOUT THAT PLACE!! FOR SURE NO EVEN ONE HOUSE IS GOOD! ALL OF THEM ARE IN REALLY BAD CONDITIONS! AND THE ADMINISTRATION WOMENS ARE REALLY RUDE WITH YOU IF YOU HAVE ANY COMPLAIN! AND THE WORSE PART IS THAT THEY DON’T RESPOND FOR THE DEPOSIT WHEN YOU LEFT! DON’T PUT THAT CHECK IN YOUR ACCOUNT BECAUSE YOUR GONING TO BE IN TROBLE WITH YOUR BANK AND THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT IT!
Be careful leaving things outside your door, because people do steal and watch what you put out, recently my TV was stolen from someone who was holding it for me , and it was left at the leasing office, for a few minutes, but ended up being stolen
