So disappointed not telling their clients that they closed down
I met the owners, Aldo and his wife (sorry I forgot your name). Aldo is from the basque region and his wife is from Colombia; you can tell they are very passionate about their restaurant. The paella is the best I've ever had. My guests and I thought every dish we ordered was excellent. James waited on me twice and his service and personality are fantastic.
I asked to be seat for 1 and they said they can’t accept me never coming back here.
I've been to this place countless times, and I apologize for not posting food pictures. The rule here is that we don't let the food get cold. You can enjoy the best Spanish food in Tampa. The croquettes, octopus, seafood, and meat—EVEN the bread—are all exquisite. The paella is the only dish I think still needs improvement, but everything else is perfect. The service is excellent, and the Spanish music in the background enhances the experience.
