Bad customer service ...... And the worst dry cleaner after picking up my clothes was smelling gasoline .... I call back and lady was so nasty ...... Don't go there

DON'T GO THERE!!! – Dry cleaners are nightmares and this one is one of them. I brought several items to dry clean. Among all of them, two of my husband's shirts (one dress shirt and one linen shirt "Cubavera") were shrunken. I was amazed about this because it was not the first time that they were washed (at other cleaners though). I went once to complain about this but the lady there told me "I can't do anything about it, you have to talk to the manager". She was very blunt and lacked customer service. Amazing Dry Cleaners – This place is great. They do a wonderful job and the people that work there couldn't be friendlier. I'm really happy with the service they provide me. Vizcaya has been there for many years. That is a testament to the work they do. Keep up the good work Vizcaya!

Great Quality and Service! – I love Vizcaya. The place is owned by the lady that attends the front desk. She always takes such good care and always has a smile on her face. I've been using them for a while now and I am really pleased with the work they do. I now started using their delivery service because I live a little out of the way and sometimes I can't make it out. They are super reliable. I recommend Vizcaya to everyone. Especially for special pieces you just don't want ruined in the washer.
