The average score across all the review sites speaks for itself. Located just off I-25, half the complex is on a busy 3 lane road with lots of road noise. Maintenance has left an entire section of parking lights broken and unlit for MONTHS. The small number of recycling bins are full almost immediately after collection.
Rancho Vizcaya is an awful apartment complex with leaky roofs, noisy neighbors, and increasingly expensive rent. There also seems to be a coughing epidemic here but I'm not sure if that's related to the climate or the buildings and ventilation.
I was recently approved to reside at Rancho Vizcaya. Although my application had some glitches I cannot say enough about how patient, kind and extraordinarily helpful management was to me. My leasing consultant went above and beyond what was expected and always remained positive even when I wasn't. Rancho Vizcaya has a top notch staff and a beautiful compound that I would highly recommend.
