I started working here and thought it was an amazing community. Omar, Frankie and Ashley are truly amazing people and are wonderful at their jobs. Cyndi, the community manager, is absolutely the reason this place has gone downhill. She is dismissive of resident complaints and absolutely ignores Fair Housing laws. She picks and chooses which residents to go above and beyond for and if you offend her in any way, she will disregard any complaints. My family loves living here! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Maintenance fixes problems promptly and correctly. Also very affordable:)
I am delighted with this place! They have been friendly and helpful since day one. I recently transferred to a different apartment and they made the process so easy including this morning when I went to Frankie with a problem with updating my insurance policy. The office staff members are wonderful and maintenance has been friendly and communicative from day one.
