Extremely poor experience here. I will not go back to this place!
My Daughter and I had to visit VIZAVEE- Brownwood while we were in town visiting my Grandmother. We got there at 8:00 when they opened and left at 8:50. First I was impressed them being open on Sunday and I’m so grateful for that!! Secondly, the staff was so sweet and professional. Thirdly, my grandmother was happy we were in and out in an hour and still able to make it to church on time. Thank you. I hope we don’t have to visit the next time we are in town, but if we do, I know where I’m going for my urgent care needs.
My husband, my daughter and I have all been to Vizavee Urgent Care and had very positive experiences. The staff was efficient and the Doctors very thorough.
Not welcoming. I’d understand if the place was crowded, but it wasn’t. The desk attendant seemed more interested in the movie that was playing in the waiting room. We walked out and won’t return. Post review response. Actually, we waited for at least 10-15 minutes to be called into a room, not the 4 minutes you stated. The real reason we left was not the money. Who wants to pay for sour and rude service? No worries though, we found help elsewhere.
