I have been to the Vizavee Urgent & Primary Care on Highway 44 in Brownwood 3 times. Each time I go from the front office staff to the Nurse Practitioner, I have been so very pleased. They have treated me like I really matter to them. I saw Jeff Chajulall the last two visits. He was personable and explained everything from the diagnosis to how to take the meds with specifics and in layman terms, so I could clearly understand.
Extremely poor experience here. I will not go back to this place!
My Daughter and I had to visit VIZAVEE- Brownwood while we were in town visiting my Grandmother. We got there at 8:00 when they opened and left at 8:50. First I was impressed them being open on Sunday and I’m so grateful for that!! Secondly, the staff was so sweet and professional. Thirdly, my grandmother was happy we were in and out in an hour and still able to make it to church on time. Thank you. I hope we don’t have to visit the next time we are in town, but if we do, I know where I’m going for my urgent care needs.
