NP was terrible. No one wants to go to urgent care . They go because they are suffering. Had a bad hemroid and was dismissed because it was “small” when I could barely concentrate on daily life or sit. Th
Do not go here if possible. The receptionist was so annoyed that we showed up with our 10 yr old 30 minutes before they closed. The doctor or PA (don’t know because he never introduced himeself) told our son that he better stop being scared and let him do what needed to be done because he had to leave. He was scared and they so impatient with him. They weren’t comforting at all. It was really sad seeing how mean they were to a kid.
