Learned more in 1 class than I did in 6 months in other aerial gyms. Very helpful and nice instructors!
I love the variety of classes offered, and how welcoming the atmosphere seemed. I'm generally a pretty shy person, ESPECIALLY where fitness is concerned, and I felt comfortable pretty immediately so I could start working out with everyone else! Such a fun time!
