Completely devastated at what happened to us. My husband went there and ended up with a bill for thousands of dollars. Painful and Costly Experience! Lack of Transparency with Treatment Cost and Insurance Coverage. We met with Vivos staff-person in 2 occasions to learn about the treatment and discuss insurance coverage. We understood from our conversations the treatment they offered could be covered by our insurance provider. We were told that usually patients end up paying between $300 - $500 for the oral appliance. The building is beautiful and clean. The staff are sweet and accommodating. The doctor listens and it feels like he genuinely cares. This is not the standard "Here is your c-pap you will have to wear for the rest of your life, good luck" clinic. They strive to help fix your sleep issues so you can live your life without lugging a machine with you that does't actually fix anything, it is just a band-aid over an issue.
