The story is too extensive to get into on here, however, this company cares only about being right; not about making things right for their customers. I thought their quality control person was going to rectify the situation, and they just made excuses with flowery language. They played a part in causing my daughter’s jaw a facial development to be impacted, and they need more oversight over their medical professionals; cause they can be brought into med malpractice cases.
