I hadn't had an eye exam in many years, so I was a bit apprehensive about scheduling this appointment. Dr. Helmick was absolutely wonderful to work with. Incredibly pleasant, professional, and made the entire experience comfortable and straightforward.
Came in to get my nosepads fixed and the tech Alyssa was so helpful and attentive to details. She even looked at my pair of professional glasses and gave me her recommendations. Definitely recommend this office
We bought my daughter’s first pair of glasses here, they broke but Vivo Vision made it right and got another pair for her. The staff was very understanding and sympathetic to our situation.
The office staff and Dr. Monica are always friendly, accommodating and very professional.
Front desk is rude. I called today 08/23/2024 at 1:09 PM to ask for an assistance to get an appointment for eye exam and eyeglasses fitting and she rudely responded that they are short staff, they need person to come in to do the eyeglasses fitting, etc. Next time, please answer the phone appropriately. You won't get any customers with a front desk attitude like this. Just saying.
