Just went to my first monthly appointment this past Tuesday. I was very impressed with the facility, and the staff. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted and given paperwork to sign. The receptionist there was extremely friendly and very caring. I was then called back to receive my injection. The nurse was very caring and spent time with me explaining all side effects and my history of the medicine I was receiving. Took my vitals before and after.
