Just went to my first monthly appointment this past Tuesday. I was very impressed with the facility, and the staff. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted and given paperwork to sign. The receptionist there was extremely friendly and very caring. I was then called back to receive my injection. The nurse was very caring and spent time with me explaining all side effects and my history of the medicine I was receiving. Took my vitals before and after. I need to receive injections and was linked up with this site. The staff are extremely friendly and efficient. The office/ facility is clean, easy scheduling. The entire experience dealing wth the larger company initially to coordinate medication, financial issues, etc was just as easy. I highly recommend them if you are in need of injection/infusion services

Facility is warming and clean. Staff is incredible! They are very kind, caring and have great personalities! So glad I chose the Massillon location.
