Nice place, great staff, comfortable setting.
This place was my saving grace when it was called Specialty Infusion. Ever since it became Vivo infusion my care has been ignored and mishandled in the worst ways, administratively. The direct services staff is usually always very good. But now I’m 8 months pregnant and cannot for the life of me reach anyone to schedule my final infusion before delivery. At first they blamed the delay on insurance approval for the new calendar year, but I confirmed it was approved weeks ago. Now there is zero communication from anyone. This ... read more
