First, I want to be clear: Allyson, Angela, and all the nurses are always incredible — kind, professional, and genuinely caring. This is not about them. This is about Vivo’s operations. Less than 10 minutes before my scheduled infusion, I was notified that my medication had not arrived. This is an important, recurrent medication that my care depends on. The nurses and techs who work at this location were friendly, informative, and professional. I didn't even feel the needle go in! One suggestion about logistics: give directions for clients coming in a cab (the office is on the side of a large residential building.)
