I successfully completed the first of two infusions at the NOMAD location of Vivo Infusion. I've had infusions at two other Vivo locations. Both were great experiences. The NOMAD location is an awesome fit for me. Being able to be in a private space, working with nurses who work with a balance between friendly and business-like, a conveniently located bathroom, and a surrounding neighborhood with many food options is awesome.
The nurses are kind and thought and Claire was very calming! They both were!
First, I want to be clear: Allyson, Angela, and all the nurses are always incredible — kind, professional, and genuinely caring. This is not about them. This is about Vivo’s operations. Less than 10 minutes before my scheduled infusion, I was notified that my medication had not arrived. This is an important, recurrent medication that my care depends on.
