Fast and efficient.
The kindness and gentle nature of the staff makes the infusion process less dreadful. Even to the point I actually fell asleep! I really enjoy the staff. Thank you for making my experience calming.
The staff, including receptionist, RN Danielle, & NP ?Abby were friendly and very attentive to my needs & comfort. The RN &NP also were very thorough re educating me about the medication's indications/potential side effects, etc and the infusion process . The virtual visit with the NP went smooth & effective means option!
