Equipment malfunction caused delay. It was a “bare bones” infusion lab. Friendly staff. Professional attire was not a prerequisite for office staff.
Husband is doing great after first infusion. Thanks for such a relaxed atmosphere.
The experience from beginning to end was great. Everyone involved was professional and made my mother feel comfortable and welcomed. The only negative was trying to find parking because of the construction which is out of Vivo’s control.
Everyone who works there are so kind and compassionate throughout the process.
