No communication at all ! Unfriendly people answering the phone. Totally screwed up the authorization process with insurance then stated it had to go thru the “approval board” for review. Still nothing this was all called in on June 3,2026! Still nothing as my mothers health is declining since she was supposed to have this treatment upon leaving the hospital within 2 weeks. Very disappointing since we changed infusion centers because we are moving to college station . What a mistake! There was no concern of the consequences ... read more
