I love the attention the staff gives me, always checking to make sure I'm good, Casey and lilia are very passionate about the work and the people, love seeing them, talking and laughing with them
The staff is kind and friendly. I appreciated the care I received during my visit. This was my first visit to their infusion center - it was easy to find and parking was easy as well.
Vivo in Arlington has had all my information for weeks and still hasn't sent in the pre-authorization to my insurance (they are supposed to handle all of it). That is weeks I'm left waiting desperately treatment. No one has contacted me from the office. I have called and you cannot get ahold of a person, just constantly prompts you to leave a message or dial an extension (don't know an extension if you are a new patient that no one has bothered contacting). The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They made sure that I was comfortable on all levels and that they were there if I needed anything. I am grateful to have found this establishment.
