I am always very happy with treatment & service! I have an infusion every month.
Awful customer service. Does not answer the phones!! These people are absolutely rude and not very helpful. I hate to leave a review like this but dang.
My girlfriend goes here for infusions and always talks about how kind they are and how well they take care of her. Most medical places don't treat her well and make her feel less than human, but Vivo infusion takes the time to make her feel like a person and cared for.
After 2 weeks VIVo was unable to even process and schedule my STAT order. Do not even consider this company!!
