All Staff very courteous, friendly & professionally knowledgable. My nurse attempted to get a vein in the bend of my elbow but she said vein wasnt cooperating. I said i may be a bit dehydrated. So she found a larger one. She used a heat pack to cause vein to rise to skin in order to help. Id never had that done. I appreciate her extra effort to make it an easier needle insertion!
The staff are very friendly and caring. They make you feel comfortable and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
