Please do not move here , do you know why too many cockroaches even you can’t sleep, the apartment are too old , No A/C in bedroom and you want move they are going charge to much money like they charge me 395 $ only to clean bathtub
I lived here for 3 years. Nice place and neighbors. But after we moved out they kept the whole deposit for refinishing bathtub and repainting the apartment.
I lost my phone at Winco and I can see it at this location.
Love it here...been here 4 years. I have zero complaints. The management and staff have always been pleasant, fair, and helpful with any concern I've had over the years. My neighbors are friendly, I have always felt safe, and the grounds are kept tidy. I grew up in this neighborhood, it's a prime location and these apartments are affordable for the area. I’ve been here for almost 2 years and when ever I call or put a maintenance request in they are very helpful and attend to what needs fixing immediately. The property manger is extremely polite, friendly and great at her job. That was not true once we moved they keep my whole deposit and say I owed and as well as I have my pictures off before move in they are disregarding so now I’m having to go to small claims court make sure you do a thorough walk through before and after or they will get over on you
