This was a great experience for my oldest going to prom!! Sandy was amazing!!! It's been a while since I've really noticed someone who cared and is great at their job! She was so calm and collected... I feel like she really paid attention and listened to what my daughter wanted... she also gave her other options to just try... And sure enough, my daughter found a dress that I never thought she would try on. Loved it!
We had the most amazing experience here! The lady was great and helped my daughter to find the perfect prom dress. Highly recommend going here for all your formal wear needs!
I went to Vivi’s in search of a dress for an upcoming event. The staff was too busy talking to each other to acknowledge me. After several minutes of looking, I left. With my hand on the door to leave, I was finally acknowledged and asked if I needed help finding something. Too little, too late. This was a Wednesday afternoon and there was no one else in the store. They must not need the business.
They took my money and never gave me my dress I put down half originally and they wouldn’t even return the half I put down. I paid the entire invoice and she claims she never got it and refused to give me my dress. I reported it to PayPal where I paid the remaining half and PayPal kept giving me the run around. So long story short she got to keep all my money and I got nothing. My dress was a custom order and I’m sure she resold it and continued to make profit off my dress.
