In all honesty, I am not happy with my choice to get Solar panels installed using the leasing system and using Vivint Solar. My sales rep was pretty good. It is probably why I event signed up. He was thorough and analytical! I had to wait about 6 months to get my units installed, and that was mainly the fault of Viviana and poor management. I would choose 0 stars if I could!!! I DO NOT recommend Vivint Solar... It is not cost saving!! Customer service is horrible and unhelpful. We received a $300 solar bill for 1 month and I have never paid a $300 electric bill. When calling they said you pay for the power you produce... that is the dumbest thing I have ever heard!!! Shouldn’t I be paid for the power I produce??? I can’t say it enough DO NOT CHOOSE VIVINT SOLAR!!!
Please please please do not go with this company! The solar panel system they setup is a scam. They put my system up and right away the inverter broke. I could not get ahold of anyone to come out and look at it. Their "tech support" kept saying everything was working fine. All they saw was the connection to the wifi. After a month of no production I recieved an outlandish "estimate" bill. When I called they stated it showed zero production and that couldn't be right so they billed me what it should have made. I had a billing issue so I called vivint solar sales Manager Brandon Wyzga. He came to my house at same day without delay, and solved a technical issue for me, while explaining the billing statement to clarify all the confusing part. Nice and helpful.
