My sales rep was very engaged and was checking in with me thru the whole process. I also received an electrical panel upgrade for free as part of the solar installation.
Worst company ever. Worst sales rep and customer service doesn't exist. Run away fast. Still waiting for letter confirming battery backup to be installed among other promises sales rep made. They can come get their panels off our roof. Sister has received 3 bill 3X's what her Edison bill was.
Had solar panels installed yesterday and the workers were prompt and did an excellent job with the install now just waiting for inspection :)
They failed the city's inspection, that was 3 week's ago, no one has corrected the the problem yet! Not ready for the reinspection.
Tuesday Vivint Solar installed my panels and battery backup. The techs were professional, helpful and very courteous. I am so glad I decided to take this step. Highly recommend SUNRUN / VIVINT SOLAR!
