Vivint started a solar install at my girlfriends house 6 months ago, and they are STILL not done. The installers broke several of the roof shingles, failed the city inspection, have been unresponsive for the past 4 week now. My friend got Tesla solar a few months ago, and he had a great experience and paid almost half the price!!
The installation crew were courteous and professional. Installation appeared very neat looking. Cleanup was meticulous. It was a very pleasant experience. The sales rep was thorough and professional.
While the sales person and the customer service individuals answering the phones are very polite and accommodating, this company has the worst follow up, internal organization, execution, and customer communication I have EVER experienced. One year after signing on, still not approved and can't get a straight answer as to why or a return phone call from them.
