First of all I worked for sunrun(owned by vivint) as a setter, and the most important thing I realized is that the sales team can easily steal the money given to people for setting or closing appointments and I have heard of it happening many many times. Where the closer doesn’t like the setter and he will take away the setters pay and gives it to himself. Then lies about the solar getting installed so the setter is none the wiser. Always great customer service, we always know what’s going on, nothing hidden, upfront and honest, knowledgeable sales and service, nothing but great things to say. Never had any problems in our service, installs, billing, etc. A really great company to work with, couldn’t be happier!

The process was quick and simple Derek and Mohammed were awesome and were very attentive. The install crew were fast and efficient and very polite
