I regret ever signing a contract with this company. They're absolute thieves. I was promised huge savings, but the reality is my "True-Up" bills go up every single year and that doesn't include what I pay the company every minth. I don't even have a pool or a Tesla, yet I’m stuck paying $2,000–$3,000 at the end of every year. The panels are junk and don't do what they’re supposed to do. We got set up with additional panels and battery back up and now we don't pay a trueup anymore. Andrew Matteucci helped us get set up he was so nice and patient with us and really helped us out big time.
Sharing my expierince with Sunrun: • Systems not worked due to issues 9 out of 18 months • takes months to get a physical person for service • would rather fight then resolve issues • batteries went out in 14 months • issues took over 4 months to fix • terrible customer service • 10 calls a day to collect payments • a small hush money was offered removing all my rights • do not use Sunrun!

Do not go through Sunrun, i have had their products installed for 18 months and have unfixed issues and solar not working for over 9 months! Worst customer support and terrible internal communication. A battery has been out for over 4 months and i still donot have an install dat and i reported the issue the day it went out... go anywhere else
