Let's just say that this is the worse experience I have ever had with a company. Their salesmen are flat out liars. I had them over to hear about what they had to offer and not to get solar until I shopped around. Every time I brought up a concern, they told me what I wanted to hear. At the time, I just had my roof replaced and asked them what happens if they need to be removed when the next hail store damages my room. At this point, I want them to come get their equipment just to have them stop calling me! Aside from their marketing team, their billing department can't figure out how to post my payment!
We have had Sunrun for a while and honestly since day one they have a communication issue . We haven't had Solar since January and its April now. Missed appointments after you take a day off and also they change the work order to when you last call.. Honestly haven't ever had a call back to give me an update. Today we had to reset the request from 4 requests ago so they someone else out to figure out what they needed to do 2-3 months ago... honestly save yourself this headache.. they are too big and don't care.. also you can... read more
