This company is strait up awful. Do not sign up with them. Their customer service department is so terrible at what they do. I spoke with them, go transferred 5 times, and after explaining my issue the final time, I just got hung up on. They will lie to you on how much they can produce via solar and how much you’ll save, I’m paying both Pge and them. The customer service was joke. Since the beginning this company has been a joke. Had the worst experience trying to add a Solar system to my home. Juan Castellanos had no idea of what he was doing or had answers to my questions. Will strongly recommend to stay away from a company that all its doing is ripping off people.
Harish is Great at communicating everything that is happening with the install of my solar. He answers all my questions truthfully and honestly couldn't ask for a better person to do my business with.
