100% fuq this company. Sales guy completely lied to me so I wanted to cancel my service. They told me I needed to pay them more money to cancel but I don't remember signing a contract. Please do not send your salespeople into a neighborhood after 9:00pm. One of your reps ignored our no soliciting sign, rang the doorbell and knocked then had the audacity to ignore me when I spoke to him through our security camera microphone. This was after 9:00pm! The young man clearly had on a shirt with your company name printed on it. If he was operating the way he was trained, for obvious safety reasons, you may want to rethink your company policy. I clearly have a sign on my door that says no soliciting. Why did the two individuals ignore my sign TWICE? 1. How do you expect someone to purchase your security system when your reps can’t read or follow instructions? 2. Door to door salesperson came knocking. When we pointed out the "no soliciting" sign, he said that's why he knocked, because Vivint can prevent people from soliciting. Dumbest thing I've ever heard. I have a sign in the front of my home that clearly says "No Soliciting" only to have a sales rep knock on my door, stand next to the sign and try to sell me a product.
