I wish a 0 was available for the rating! Do not use Vivint!! They are not honest and will just try to tell you whatever they want. They do not provide customer service and you will not get your welcome email in a timely matter so that you can't cancel before the 3 day window expires. Wasted hours of my time and their inability to turn off an alarm was absolutely ridiculous. Instead of trying to assist me they continued to try to upsell / upgrade their system. Having issues with being charged for an account that should have been canceled.
Absolutely disrespectful company. These field reps constantly come through our neighborhood which prompted me to put up no soliciting signs on my property. This particular sales rep admitted she saw it but decided to ignore it. The days of door to door sales is over, this company just doesn’t understand that.
The door to door solicitors are something else! I shut the door on one of them mid sentence after I asked them 3x if they were soliciting. I never received a direct answer, just indirect answers that they were in the area due to break ins. Then they came back 20 mins later when they saw my better half's car pull into the driveway! Do I need to give a verbal warning of trespass to say I'm not interested in the most indirect way possible? No respect. I usually encourage field marketers but recently my doorbell rings 3x daily with solicitors. I just placed a No Soliciting sign that is in plain view and the doorbell rang (sign is right above it). I opened the door and the girl gave no eye contact once she started her spiel and when I nicely gestured to the sign she said “That’s why I knocked” then proceeded to not shut up.
