1 Star – Absolutely Terrible Experience The Moves Department has been a nightmare to deal with. Friday we had a tech scheduled from 4–8 PM who completely no-showed with zero communication. When someone finally came out yesterday, they discovered the agreement was wrong and we were being overcharged. The tech waited two hours for them to fix it so he can get started to work and install the right product, only for another tech to be sent to the wrong address after the first tech left. I wish a 0 was available for the rating! Do not use Vivint!! They are not honest and will just try to tell you whatever they want. They do not provide customer service and you will not get your welcome email in a timely matter so that you can't cancel before the 3 day window expires. Wasted hours of my time and their inability to turn off an alarm was absolutely ridiculous. Instead of trying to assist me they continued to try to upsell / upgrade their system. Absolutely disrespectful company. These field reps constantly come through our neighborhood which prompted me to put up no soliciting signs on my property. This particular sales rep admitted she saw it but decided to ignore it. The days of door to door sales is over, this company just doesn’t understand that.
