Vivint customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my whole life. STAY AWAY
I called to cancel my service. I requested multiple times that the customer service representative cancel my service. I explained multiple times that I was not interested in any of the promotions or a $5 off my bill. They continued to speak over me and repeated the offer. I requested that I be transferred to a manager, and they continued to talk to me about lowering my bill.
