I hate being that person who writes bad reviews, but this needs to be put out there. Cancelling a Vivint account was an absolute nightmare. I spent over an hour trying to cancel my account and no matter how many times I said "I'd like to cancel my account" and "I'd like to speak to your supervisor", the agent would not cancel my account. After 65 minutes of trying to cancel, they finally gave in. A simple phone call led to a very frustrating angry end. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.
Sales reps were liars and it’s a horrible home security. Camera goes out all the time screen goes black always.
