Zach, the local manager with Vivint, door knocked our house; he was professional and polite. It was not the right moment for an in home consult, so we set up a meeting for the following week. Zack was on time and very thorough in his demo. The consult took about 45 minutes, with a walk around, questions, quotes, and some small talk. We are excited to jump into the 2020s with a modern and updated system. Say goodbye to your grandpa's security system, ADT, and welcome to the Vivint era.
