Their equipment never worked properly for us, so we canceled the contract with them. At that point, I was told that they only are responsible for part of the equipment they give to customers, among other sneaky details left completely out of their detailed presentations. They also told me that when they took my credit card information, I wasn't going to be charged anything additional until my first payment was due, since I'd already paid the deposit. I am collecting stories and photos for professional you tube video I will posting about Vivint Solar. Please share your stories, and photos, or pm me if I can include yours. The more the better. I have a friend who is a lobbyist and I am also putting together a report to take to politicians for help. I am also in contact with consumer reporters.
