HORRIBLE experience and HORRIBLE customer service! They tell me they are going to send me the DIY Kit the following day which was a Thursday. It’s now Monday and I haven’t received anything not even an email. They certainly were quick to take my money that’s for sure! I will definitely be requesting a refund and going elsewhere. If their service is this bad now I can just imagine how much worse it is during an emergency. I will definitely pass on this one. If I could click zero stars I would!
Sales rep was informative and patient, allowing me to digest the information and come to my own conclusion without feeling pressured. Smart Home Pro was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He explained the system well and even went over certain portions in more detail until I understood. I felt he provided accurate information so I could make an informed decision. Thank you to my friend for recommending this company.
